The Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our internal teams such as product, sales, customer operations, and our customers. This role will be responsible for effectively communicating our product roadmap, launches, and value propositions to internal teams and customers, driving product adoption and engagement.
You will be responsible for:
Own and improve communication around product roadmap, launches, and discovery questions, ensuring a structured and customer-centric approach.
Develop training programs and assets for commercial teams, enabling them to effectively communicate product value on new features, upcoming roadmap items (including integrations), and competitive positioning
Create and iterate on value propositions across our product, ensuring consistent messaging and enablement across teams.
Monitor regulatory changes across the payments and legal landscape, developing internal briefing documents for Product and GTM teams.
Own customer communications related to product updates and launches, ensuring consistency in positioning, brand messaging, and engagement.
Work cross-functionally with post-sales teams to drive better adoption and usage of features through strategic communication.
Humanise our messaging and develop a clear narrative that resonates with our target personas and market.
Conduct competitive analysis and continuously refine messaging to differentiate Legl in the market.
What Success Looks Like in the first 3 months:
Clearly articulated and documented value proposition with consolidated assets
Effective training programs in place for commercial teams on product launches and new features
Defined and executed GTM communications for new products
Key Goals & Metrics
Customer Operations Training & Enablement: Drive product adoption with shared goals alongside Product and Customer facing teams.
Sales Training & Enablement: Improve sales team confidence and effectiveness, driving conversion improvements.
Customer Communications: Increase product usage and engagement through effective messaging.
Value Proposition Development: Build a strong, consistent narrative that aligns with customer needs and differentiates Legl in the market.
Who You Are
Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within the legal tech industry, SaaS, fintech, or compliance-related industry.
Strong ability to translate technical product details into clear, compelling messaging.
Experience developing training programs and enablement materials for internal teams.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Operations teams.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of the regulatory and legal landscape is a plus.
