The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help drive our growth in Australia- our newest and most exciting market. You’ll play a critical role in building our presence, closing strategic deals, and shaping our reputation across the region.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced SaaS seller to hit the ground running, own a greenfield territory, and help define the go-to-market playbook and have a huge opportunity to accelerate your career as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Own the full 360 sales motion: from prospecting, to conducting high-impact product demos, negotiating complex deals, closing new logos and managing the post sales relationship.
Drive momentum across the deal cycle: creating engagement with stakeholders and maintaining velocity from first contact to contract.
Build trusted relationships with law firm Partners and senior leaders: leverage your network to bring the credibility and commercial gravitas to navigate complex buying groups and influence at senior levels.
Activate and support channel sales and partnerships: collaborate with our ecosystem of partners to expand reach and unlock new growth opportunities in-market.
Be the voice of the customer: capture insights from the field and work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to inform go-to-market strategy and product development.
What You’ll Bring
Proven B2B SaaS Sales Success – a strong track record delivering revenue growth, new logos, and account expansion in fast-paced, full-cycle SaaS environments, with a consultative, value-based approach to complex organisations.
True Hunter Mentality – proactive, relentless, and energised by finding and converting new opportunities. You challenge yourself and others, maintain momentum, and consistently push for more.
Commercial Gravitas – credibility and confidence engaging senior legal decision-makers, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive consensus at an executive level.
Disciplined, Outcomes-Driven Sales Approach – methodical and data-led (e.g. MEDDIC), with sharp prioritisation, strong deal velocity, and a focus on building a sustainable, high-quality pipeline.
Experience with Indirect & Partner-Led Sales – a clear understanding of how to influence, manage, and scale value through channel and partner motions.
Customer-Centric & Highly Collaborative – you work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership, bringing market insight back into the business to shape strategy and drive impact.
Ambitious, Curious, and Agile – naturally driven to learn, experiment, and evolve your craft, with a passion for discovering new sales methodologies and delivering meaningful change across the legal industry.
