The Growth team exists to own and operate growth systems that drive measurable impact across every stage of the funnel.

What You'll Do
As a Growth Marketer at Legl, you'll:
Own growth outcomes across the funnel - inbound leads, pipeline contribution, feature adoption, and organic traffic
Run campaigns across SEO, email, paid, and in-product channels - iterating quickly on what works
Drive website growth through content strategy, SEO, and audience targeting
Partner with Product and Customer Success on lifecycle campaigns that move customers toward key activation and expansion milestones
Maintain a structured pipeline of growth experiments with clear reporting on performance and ROI
Use tools like Claude to move faster, think bigger, and do more with less

Commercially minded and uses data to make decisions, not justify them after the fact
Can spot an opportunity, build the solution, and ship it without waiting for someone to hand them a brief
